We will not use or release names, identifying information, or contact information of beneficiaries or liaisons without permission.

The BREAK program will hold all personal names, identifying information, and contact information of beneficiaries and liaisons as confidential. This information will not be included in news releases, on the BREAK website, or for use in other public information, unless the individual has provided permission. Permission may be given verbally or in writing to the program director. The information will not be released unless required by force of law. Beneficiaries or liaisons withdraw permission for future release and for continuing use on the BREAK website, by contacting the program director, but have no recourse for information previously released to the public.

Names, identifying information, and contact information of beneficiaries and liaisons may be used in the ME643 course.

As part of the ME643 course and conducting the design projects, students working on Break program projects will be given access to names, identifying information, and contact information of beneficiaries and liaisons. This information will be released on an as-needed basis to those students who need to make contact with beneficiaries and/or liaisons.
